Biscuit with pistachio ice

Biscuit à la pistache glacéingredients

  • 2 scoops of flour 
  • 1 scoop of almond 
  • 1 part coarsely chopped pistachio 
  • 1 scoop of softened butter 
  • 1 measure of sugar 
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar 
  • 2 pinches of salt 
  • 2 eggs 
  • Milk if needed 
  • Green or pink frosting
preparation

Mix the flour, icing sugar, vanilla, 1/2 measure of pistachio and half almond measure with salt.Add the butter and 2 egg yolks.Let the whites aside.

Mix the dough, if it is too dry, add milk in small quantities.Made of tubes about 4 cm in diameter and brush the egg whites.Take the rest of the pistachios and place it on your desktop.Then roll your pistachio pudding on so completely cover the surface of the drum.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour minimum.When the pudding is harder, cut into slices 1 cm thick.Place the cakes in a baking dish.It must have cerlces, so if the sausage was flattened to the cut, do not hesitate to tweak them.Bake about 20 minutes.When the cakes are cooked, put the frosting in a pastry bag and make small stripes to decorate.
