Chicken roasted in the oven

Ingredients:
  •  Chickens weighing 1,5 kg 
  •  Small onion or leek upside 
  •  Lobes of garlic
  • Neck of fresh parsley 
  •  Neck of fresh coriander 
  •  Teaspoon of salt
  • Teaspoon and a half spoon of sweet pepper
  • Teaspoon and a half spoon of ground cumin 
  •  3 tablespoons butter at room temperature Of one lemon (optional)
  • Parsley or coriander necks for decoration

How to prepare:

    
Clean chicken of fat inside then rinse with cold water. Cut the chicken into two or four sections by a sharp knife.
    
Finely chopped onion with a very garlic, parsley, cilantro, salt, and spices in a blender of food. Add butter and mix with the mix into a smooth paste.
    
Rub skin of chicken well with this paste, then placed the chicken pieces aside an hour or two.
    
Heat the oven up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
    
Put the chicken pieces in Chinese and distributed around the cut lemon (if used) and pour lemon juice over it.
    
Baked chicken in the oven for an hour and a quarter hour or more until tender, pour the juice on the chicken over the chicken every now and then through the bread.
    
If chicken pieces are golden in color quickly, should be covered aluminum paper or parchment paper before the resumption of soft bread.
    
Leaves the chicken is covered in Chinese for 5 to 10 minutes, then decorate with parsley or cilantro before serving
