Tagine Merlin raisins

Ingredients:
  • Fillets Merlin 
  • 6 white onions 
  • 250 g raisins 
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 4 cloves garlic 
  • Pinch saffron 
  • Teaspoon ginger 
  • Tablespoon Qsber 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

How to prepare:
  Peel and Chop the onion and garlic.
Passed the fish fillets in four tablespoons of hot oil.
Sprinkle saffron, cinnamon, ginger and add onions, garlic, coriander and salt and Alabzar are doing and let everyone cook for 10 minutes, stirring.

Add water and let the mixture over the fire until cooked fish fillets.
Add the raisins before fully mature and the feet of a hot tagine.
